In
order to perform your best, your gear needs to be just right. If, for any
reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to
us in new unworn condition within 15 days and we will promptly exchange or
refund your purchase. We ship all return orders back to you with FREE shipping
(via USPS Ground service) as a thank you for your continued business.
Please try on all items indoors to insure proper fit and to prevent wear from
occurring. Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted for a refund or
exchange and will be returned to you. Please note that if the item was sold as a
set, it must be returned as a set. Please allow 15 business days from the day
you return your package for your return to be refunded or your exchange
completed. Please keep in mind that we cannot process a refund without the
original item being returned to us first. No returns are allowed on customized
items, goalie gloves, books and videos, CDs or DVDs.
Defective Policy
Every item sold by our company meets our highest quality standards. It is our
experience that through normal use and proper care, that defects occur within
the first 00 days from purchase. For this reason you may return a defective item
within the first 00 days after the ship date for an exchange or refund. This
policy does not in any way limit the manufacturers guarantee on specific
products.
We also recognize that in extremely rare circumstances, an item that you have
owned for more than 30 days may become defective. If you believe your product is
truly defective after the 30-day period, you may at your own expense, return it
to us for an evaluation. We will be fair and honest in determining if the
product is defective. If the product is deemed defective, we will issue you an
exchange or refund. If the product is not deemed defective, we will return the
product to you. Items returned to us that do not meet the above Returns and
Defective Policy will be returned to you with a note explaining our decision.
Return/Exchange Instructions
When making a return, please enclose the Packing List with your return and fill
out the return or exchange information on the form provided. Ship the package to
us using the label in the upper left of the form.
Shipping Credit
We are unable to reimburse you for shipping charges unless an error occurred
when filling your order. In addition, customs, duties and other charges of this
type are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
Shipping credits can only be applied after the item is returned.
